Ingredients:
- Greenbrier Lamb Chops
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Rosemary sprigs
Directions:
- Rub olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place rosemary sprigs over chops and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill on high heat and sear chops for 5 minutes, flip and cook an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove, cover and rest for 10 minutes.
