Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary

Roddy grilled these lamb chops on Sunday and they were amazing and very simple!
Ingredients: 
  1. Greenbrier Lamb Chops
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Fresh Rosemary sprigs
Directions: 
  1. Rub olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Place rosemary sprigs over chops and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat your grill on high heat and sear chops for 5 minutes, flip and cook an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Remove, cover and rest for 10 minutes.
